Full payment is required before production begins. Orders enter production only after payment has been received and artwork has been approved. Changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started.
Refund Policy +
Because each custom item is printed specifically for each customer, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted for sizing mistakes, customer artwork errors, or buyer remorse. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, contact us within seven days of delivery so we can review the issue.

How long does production take? +
Typical processing is 2 to 7 business days. Large orders may take up to 10 business days. Processing begins only after payment and artwork approval.

Standard shipping is typically 2 to 5 business days after processing is complete. Total delivery time equals processing plus shipping.
Can you design my artwork? +
Yes! Design services start at $10 for simple text changes, $20 for artwork cleanup, and $50 for a complete custom design.
Can I reorder later? +
Yes. We keep records of approved artwork so reorders are straightforward. Contact us with your original order details.
Can I submit copyrighted artwork? +
No. You must own the rights to any artwork submitted. We cannot print logos, characters, or designs owned by third parties without proper licensing documentation.
What files should I upload? +
We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and PSD files. Preferred: 300 DPI transparent PNG. The higher the resolution, the better the print quality.
Do you offer rush orders? +
Rush availability varies. Contact us directly to discuss your deadline and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
How do bulk discounts work? +
Pricing tiers apply automatically: 1 shirt $31.99, 2 to 5 shirts $29.99 each, 6 to 11 shirts $27.99 each, 12 to 24 shirts $26.99 each. For 25 or more shirts, request a custom quote.
