1. Custom Production Time
All Exoticool products are custom printed on demand. Once your order is placed, it enters production within 24 hours. Production typically takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
- US Standard Shipping: $3.99–$7.99 (varies by item and location)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50
- International Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination
3. Delivery Times
- US Standard: 3–5 business days after production (5–12 business days total)
- International: 10–30 business days after production (12–37 business days total)
- Tracking: Tracking link is emailed once your order leaves the production facility. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Multiple Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
5. Domestic & International Shipping
- We ship to all 50 US states
- International shipping available to select countries
- Customers are responsible for customs fees and import taxes
6. Important Address Requirements
Please ensure accurate address details to avoid delays or returns. International addresses must use Latin characters and include any required local tax/identification numbers.
7. PO Box Delivery
- PO Box delivery is available for US addresses where carrier allows it.
- International PO Box delivery may not be supported and is at the customer’s risk.
8. Address & Delivery Issues
- We cannot change the shipping address once production begins.
- Customers are responsible for reshipment costs if the address is incorrect.
- We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered but lost or stolen.
