THE ORIGIN: A TROLLEY CAR IN EUGENE
It started in a trolley car booth at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Eugene, Oregon. Two gay outcasts—Josh and Danny—exhausted from years of being told they were too much, too loud, too different.
They'd spent their lives navigating a world that didn't want them. A world that demanded they shrink, conform, apologize for existing.
In that moment, over cheap pasta and red vinyl seats, they made a decision:
Fuck that.
They didn't need permission to exist. They didn't need approval to be loud. So they created Exoticool. Not as a brand. As a rebellion.
WHY "ALIENS"?
Because that's what they called us. Outsiders. Weirdos. Too gay, too bold, too unapologetic.
We took that word and made it ours.
An alien isn't someone who doesn't belong. An alien is someone who refuses to belong to a system built on hate and control.
