Exoticool operates primarily online and does not maintain a public, walk-in retail storefront. Local custom orders and delivery may be available by arrangement.

Exoticool is an independent streetwear and lifestyle brand intended for customers age 18 and older.

Our products include original apparel made to order through production and fulfillment partners. Items from the same order may be produced at different facilities and shipped separately.

We ship eligible products to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and the Philippines. Product availability and shipping eligibility vary by destination and are confirmed at checkout.

For U.S. orders, production generally takes 2–7 business days, followed by 3–7 business days of carrier transit, for an estimated total delivery time of 5–14 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

International shipping rates and delivery estimates vary by destination and product and are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, content displayed on this website is owned by Exoticool Merch LLC or used with permission from the applicable rights holder.

Minor variations consistent with the product description and stated manufacturing tolerances are not generally considered defects. This does not limit your ability to report an item that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect or significantly different from its description.
