1. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS All Exoticool products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner network (including Printify). Products are produced only after an order is placed, production typically takes 2–7 business days, items may ship from different fulfillment locations, and all sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
2. PRICING & PRODUCT AVAILABILITY Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. We are not responsible for errors in pricing, product descriptions, or availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity.
3. ORDER INFORMATION You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information for all purchases. We may cancel or limit orders if information is inaccurate or incomplete, fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected, or product availability issues occur. If an order is modified or cancelled, we may attempt to notify you via the contact information provided at checkout.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES We use third-party services to operate our store, including Shopify and Printify. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, which operate independently.

However, because our products are produced through a print-on-demand network, actual colors and print placement may vary slightly depending on device display settings, fabric type, and the printing process used by our fulfillment partners. Minor variations in color, tone, or placement do not constitute defects and are not eligible for refunds unless the item is materially different from what was ordered.
10. DMCA / COPYRIGHT POLICY All designs are original works owned by Exoticool Merch LLC or properly licensed for use. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or resale is strictly prohibited.
