1. MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT All Exoticool products are made to order using a print-on-demand fulfillment network powered by Printify. We do not hold pre-made inventory — each item is produced specifically after an order is placed.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME Processing time (production + preparation): 2–7 business days. Orders are typically sent into production within 24–48 hours of being placed. During high-volume periods (holidays, drops, promotions), processing may take slightly longer.

3. SHIPPING TIMES (AFTER PRODUCTION) Shipping times begin once production is complete and the order has shipped.

United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment | Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days International: 7–20 business days after fulfillment | Total estimated delivery: 9–27 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local postal delays, or carrier disruptions.

4. SHIPPING RATES Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on product type, destination, and carrier rates.

  • USA: $3.99–$7.99 (varies by item)
  • Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (e.g., orders over $50 or during promotional periods)
  • International rates vary by region and are shown at checkout

5. TRACKING INFORMATION Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active in carrier systems. If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking emails for each shipment.

6. SPLIT SHIPMENTS Because we use multiple Printify fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately. This is normal and not an error — you may receive multiple packages at different times.

7. ADDRESS ACCURACY Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters production. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

8. LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES If tracking shows an order as delivered but it has not been received, please check surrounding delivery areas and contact your local postal carrier. Exoticool is not responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.

9. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & INTERNATIONAL FEES International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
