Order Support

When contacting us about an order, include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used during checkout
  • A clear description of your question or issue
  • Photographs when reporting a damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect item

Providing complete information helps us review the request more efficiently.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Problems involving damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect products must be reported within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the product and issue. Photographs of the packaging and shipping label may also be required.

Shipping Questions

Before contacting us about delivery, review our Shipping Policy and the tracking information provided in your shipping-confirmation email.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Verify the shipping address.
  2. Check around the delivery location.
  3. Ask household members, neighbors or building management.
  4. Contact the carrier using the tracking number.
  5. Contact Exoticool if the package remains missing.

Include your order number and tracking number when requesting assistance.

Returns and Refunds

Because Exoticool products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for changes of mind, buyer’s remorse or incorrectly selected sizes or colors.

Approved returns require written authorization and specific return instructions.

Do not mail products to our Oregon business address unless Exoticool expressly instructs you to do so.
